This website allows you to pay your order directly online using the following type of cards : MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa.
You will have to provide your card number (16 digits), the expiration date as well as the security code (3 digits on the back of the card).
Your informations are encrypted and circulate in full safety using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Your bankcard informations are kept only during the processing time of the order.
After your validation of the order, it will be effective as soon as the central bank network gives us the agreement. If we don’t get the above mentioned agreement, PLAYBACK reserves itself the right to cancel the order and suspend shipping.
Your account will only be debited as your order is shipped. Of course, prior to shipping, you can cancel your order anytime. |

| Products Warranty |
|
|
PLAYBACK offers a minimum two years warranty applicable to the whole of the products present on this Internet website, except for the loudspeakers which, them, are only 6 months guaranteed. |

| Returning Merchandise |
|
|
Playback accepts returns of merchandise within 15 days from purchase date, of most manufacturers, subject to the following conditions and provided a Return Authorization (RA) has been issued.
All products must be returned unopened and sealed inside the original package. Opened products must be returned with the original packaging materials, including warranty cards, manuals and any other items. Failure to include all materials will result in additional charges.
Before returning any item please complete the form, and your RA# along with any instructions will be emailed back to you. Provided it shows no sign of wear or abuse, we will refund your money. The item being returned must be packed in the product box with all original packing material and paperwork and then packed in the shipping carton.
A valid RA number must be issued by Playback and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be Accepted. A completed RA form must be included in box to identify whom the return is from and the reason. Failure to include this form will result in a delay of processing your credit or exchange.
Please note that personal items such as Microphones, Ear Plugs, In-Ear Monitors, or any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or are inserted in your ear are not returnable. |

| Defective or Damaged Merchandise |
|
|
Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of external damage. Always inspect and test your equipment immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away. If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please complete the form, and your RA# along with any instructions will be emailed back to you. After the item is returned to our warehouse, we will replace or refund it.
RA numbers are valid for 15 days only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns. If you receive a damaged package or if you need to return an item as a result of our mistake, we will arrange for the return of the item at our expense. |
